We Ship All Orders USPS Priority
All orders are shipped priority mail via United States Postal Service (USPS). We charge no handling fee, only the direct shipping costs charged by the USPS. We provide you with a USPS tracking number for your convenience, sent directly through the USPS tracking service.
Typically, a package shipped with the USPS Priority service takes 2-3 business days to reach the recipient. We have seen many packages arrive within one or two days; and we have seen some packages take up to five days. While we would like to see every package reach you within the shortest amount of time possible, please understand that we can only control the shipping process until the USPS has accepted your package.
Special Rush Orders during the 2008 Holiday Season
If you’re concerned about a guaranteed delivery, please consider the (much more costly) USPS Express Mail option, which we’re offering only during the holiday season. For all coffees marked as Quickship, we offer overnight shipment for orders received before 10 am. Quickship is the quickest way to get coffee delivered to your door. All other coffees we will only ship overnight, if we have them in stock and they have been roasted less than four days before. Coffees we do not have in stock will be shipped overnight on the roast date immediately following the order.
In order to get your coffee overnight, please place your order as you would usually, and then give us a call at 1.800.396.1056 to upgrade to overnight shipping. You can also just call in your order, and we’ll try to accommodate you as best we can.
Holiday 2008 Order Cut-off Dates
For all USPS Priority Mail orders, we must receive your order by Thursday, December 18, 5pm.
For all USPS Priority Mail orders which include only Quickship coffees, we must receive your order by Friday December 19, 5pm.
Please understand that the USPS Priority Mail service is not a guaranteed service, and that the cut-off dates above are the dates that seem safe for 95%+ of all packages.
Last-Minute 2008 Holiday Delivery, Guaranteed
If you need a delivery guarantee, please choose the USPS Express Mail service. The cut-off time and date for guaranteed Holiday delivery using this service is 10am on December 23 for guaranteed delivery before the Holidays. Please give us a call at 1.800.396.1056, so we can make arrangements for this shipping method.
