THE TASTING ROOM
Wine connoisseurs have long had tasting rooms; beer afficionadoes have their brew pubs; chocolate fanatics can taste chocolate anywhere, anytime.
But the rest of us, all of us who love coffee in its many forms, have not had tasting rooms dedicated to
our passion. With our tasting room in the middle of the coffee capital of the world, we have set out to
make coffee tasting an acceptable and a dignified experience.
The Works
There are as many ways of enjoying coffee as they are countries growing it.
And more. True to Seattle, we started with offering The Works which highlights
Seattle's local coffee roasting scene. The Works is all about espresso blends.
