- Grind: ~6 - Fine-medium
- Water Temperature: 195ºF
- Dry Dose: 18g
- Water: 210g


- Bring water to a boil and let it cool for 5 minutes
- Grind 18g of coffee beans to a fine-medium grind
- Place the filter in the AeroPress and rinse it with hot water. Dump out water.

- Add the ground coffee to the Aeropress
Pour 210 grams of hot water over the coffee grounds, in a circular motion
- Stir the coffee gently
-Screw on the cap and flip the AreoPress over
-Slowly press down on the plunger for 1 minute, until the coffee is fully extracted.
