Our approach to our Holiday Blend this year was to create something special for all coffee drinkers across the world. This blend was selected and roasted by our team for any brewing device you can find. The coffees in this blend were chosen for versatility of their flavor profile as well as their internal structure & water volatility. 

For this blend we chose an Ethiopia Yirgacheffe Natural that we sourced through our friends at Dumerso Station, Guatemala Renardo Vides that we have been serving as our single origin espresso, and a Brazilian coffee we sourced through our local Brazilian coffee importer JC Coffees.
