BREWING PREP
- Bring kettle to boil
- Grind 19g of coffee on ~6
- Place filter in Aeropress cap and rinse with hot water. Insert rubber part of plunger into Aeropress cylinder (line up with base of #4 labeled circle)
- Invert Aeropress and place collar in top opening (eases pouring in coffee grounds)
- Tare scale
BREWING STEPS
1. 0:00-0:20 Pour 200g of water
2. 0:20-0:30 Vigorous stirring
3. 0:30-0:40 Screw on cap and flip onto mug. Pull plunger slightly upward (creates a vacuum and prevents coffee from dripping out). Allow coffee to settle.
4. 0:40-0:55 Press plunger until Aeropress begins to hiss
5. Clean
